It's a fact of life that not all parts are available new! Sometimes all supplies of original 'New Old Stock' (NOS) parts have been exhausted, and there is no manufacturer reproducing that part.
To provide a solution for this problem, Obsolete Automotive maintains an extensive selection of 'experienced' parts. We often find British Sportscars that are so rusty or badly damaged that restoration is out of the question. Instead of letting these cars go to the crusher, we intercept them and carefully dismantle each 'donor' car, sifting through each part for good, usable pieces. We catalog and store these 'gems' in our Used Parts Department. Since there's lots of unusual parts, and sometimes just one or two of each, it's almost impossible to put them on the Web.
