Annual Fall Garage Sale

8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

It's History, and a great day was had by all...

In short, the 1999 edition of the Obsolete Automotive Annual Garage Sale was a rousing success. The weather on October 30th in Canada can sometimes be a little chilly and a little gray, but we had a spectacular fall day acting as the backdrop for one of the most successful garage sales in our 20 year history!

Starting at just before 8:00 a.m. the doors opened and scores of British Sportscar enthusiasts poured through the reception area. Even though the weather was amazing, it was still a bit brisk at opening time, and the complimentary coffee & donut table was a popular spot. There's nothing like a hot cup of java to help warm up - especially if you drove 'top-down' to the event!

It was really great to see old friends renewing acquaintances, and also a lot of new faces just starting into a fantastic hobby in British Sportscars. Some interesting cars made an appearance, and of course there was a lot of activity inside as enthusiasts stocked up on those hard to find parts in preparation for their winter projects.

For those of you who missed the sale, you can still give a special present to that British Sportscar enthusiast - Obsolete Automotive offers Gift Certificates, perfect as a stocking stuffer. For those of you who did attend - a hearty thanks from the staff at Obsolete, and we look forward to serving you soon.
